Every year, I wonder how we, as a nation, can celebrate MLK for all his wisdom and faith in humanity, and then condemn those fighting the SAME FIGHT today. How can someone unironically quote the words of MLK or even Jesus regarding love and unity but turn around and attack “wokism”? MLK and Jesus were some of the “wokest” figures in history and both were executed for it. Are you calling for their execution or for their vision of love to come to fruition?
